2022 DE&I Report

Ask: Create a DEI EOY 2022 report to highlight how inclusion and belonging make Yahoo an amazing place to work.

Approach:

  • Keep it high-level and story-driven. We’ll find ways to get all the data in without it overpowering the message.

  • Weave in the voices and personal experiences of our employees. This is all about people and culture, so let’s let them shine while reinforcing our values and mission.

  • So much of what we’ve seen in this space looks templated and sounds cookie-cutter. The more we make it feel like Yahoo, the more memorable and ownable the message will be.
